The ATALAIA DIVING CENTER is situated adjacent to the underwater natural park, directly at the sea, in the “Lido-Area” of the Hotel Rocamar in Caniço de Baixo.

The Atalaia Diving Center offers individual diving – away from mass-tourism- for a quiet relaxed vacation.

The big house-diving-area has depths of 3-30 meters offering something for everyone. It stretches from steep-walls over canyons to a big cave.

For the diving-trips to the national park, we have a rubber-dinghy and day-trips at the east side are spent on a typical Madeira wooden-boat.
Diving courses are for beginners up to pro based on Training and Safety- Standards from PADI and CMAS.

Snorkel equipment for rent, try- dives, diving with children.

The diving center is equipped with 20 complete units, new and always in top condition, for rent.
